【摘要】:Thisguideoutlinesgeneralproceduresforthestorageandapplicationofvariousprefabricatedsheetsmadeusingmodifiedbituminousmaterialsandintendedforuseasbelow-gradeandbelow-wearing-surfacewaterproofing.Thesubstrateusedforapplicationsdescribedinthisguideshallbeconcreteormasonry.Thisapplicationconsistsofaprefabricatedreinforcedmodifiedbituminoussheetappliedtoasuitablesubstrateusingabituminous-based,cold-appliedadhesiveormastic.Applicationratesgivenaretypicalforsuchinstallations.Thisguideisintendedtosupplementinstructionsfromdesignersandmanufacturers.1.1Thisguidelistsapplicationandinstallationrequirementsforfullyadhered,cold-applied,prefabricatedmodifiedbituminousmembranewaterproofingsystemsforbelow-gradeorbelow-wearing-surface(suchasplazadecks)verticalorhorizontalapplications.1.2Forthepurposesofthisapplicationguide,thesubstrateisassumedtobestructurallysound,slopedtodrain(ifnewconstruction),andmeetingthelocalbuildingcoderequirements.Similarly,thesystemcomponentsareassumedtocomplywithallfederal,state,andlocalrequirementsineffectatthetimeofinstallation.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Thisguidemayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
