This handbook presents requirements for the management, design, and manufacturing control of custom monolithic large scale integrated circuits intended for use in high reliability space systems. This handbook is intended to provide the required guidance to ensure coordinated management of the design, development, application, procurement, control, and standardization of Custom Large Scale Integrated Circuits (CLSICs) in order to eliminate any failures of such devices and to reduce any problems in their acquisition.
