【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61968specifiestheformatandrulesforexchangingmodelinginformationbasedupontheCIM(CommonInformationModel)andrelatedtodistributionnetworkdata.TheintentionofthispartofIEC61968istoallowtheexchangeofinstancedatainbulk.Thus,theimportednetworkmodeldatashouldbesufficienttoallowperformingnetworkconnectivityanalysis,includingnetworktracing,outageanalysis,loadflowcalculations,etc.Thispartcouldbeusedforsynchronizinggeographicalinformationsystemdatabaseswithremotecontrolsystemdatabases.ThispartiscloselylinkedtoIEC61970-452EnergyManagementSystemApplicationProgramInterface(EMS-API)CIMNetworkapplicationsmodelexchangespecification.Thus,thisdocumenthasbeenwritteninordertoreduceitsmaintenance.ItdescribesonlydifferenceswithIEC61970-452.Nevertheless,asIEC61970-452isafutureinternationalstandard,thispartstillhasduplicateinformationwithIEC61970-452,inordertobemoreunderstandable.ItusestheCIMRDF1)SchemapresentedinIEC61970-501asthemeta-modelframeworkforconstructingXML2)documentscontainingpowersystemmodelinginformation.ThesyntaxofthesedocumentsiscalledCIMXMLformat.Modelexchangebyfiletransferservesmanyusefulpurposes,speciallywhensomeapplicationsneedtohavethecompletenetworkmodeldefined.ThoughtheformatcanbeusedforgeneralCIM-basedinformationexchange,inthispartofIEC61968,specificprofiles(orsubsets)oftheCIMareidentifiedinordertoaddressparticularexchangerequirements.GiventheCIMRDFSchemadescribedinIEC61970-501,aDMSpowersystemmodelcanbeconvertedforexportasanXMLdocument,seeFigure1.ThisdocumentisreferredtoasaCIMXMLdocument.Allofthetags(resourcedescriptions)usedintheCIMXMLdocumentaresuppliedbytheCIMRDFschema.TheresultingCIMXMLmodelexchangedocumentcanbeparsedandtheinformationimportedintoaforeignsystem.ThispartofIEC61968isalignedtoCIMModelversion11,CPSM3.0profile.
