【摘要】:(Replacement.ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing:tThisStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandtestingofESPEdesignedspecificallytodetectpersonsaspartofasafbty-relatedsystem,em-ployingAOPDsforthesensingfunction.Specialattentionisdirectedtofeatureswhichensurethatanappropriatesafety-relatedperformanceisachieved.AnESPEmayincludeoptionalsafety-relatedfunctions,therequirementsforwhicharegiveninAnnexA.ThisStandarddoesnotspecifythedimensionsorconfigurationsofthedetectionzoneanditsdispositioninrelationtohazardouspartsforanyparticularapplication,norwhatconstitutesahazardousstateofanymachine.Itisrestrictedtothefunc-tioningoftheESPEandhowitinterfaceswiththemachine.ExcludedfromthisStandardareAOPDsemployingradiationatwavelengthsout-sidetherange400nmtoI500nm.ThisStandardmayberelevanttoapplicationsotherthanthosefortheprotectionofpersons,forexample,theprotectionofmachineryorproductsfrommechanicaldam-age.Inthoseapplications,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary,forexample,whenthematerialsthataretoberecognizedbythesensingfunctionhavedifferentpropertiesfromthoseofpersons.ThisStandarddoesnotdealwithelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)emissionre-quirements.NOTE:TheInternationalStandardcorrespondingtothisStandardisasfollows.IEC61496-2:2006Safetyofmachinery---Electro-sensitiveprotectiveequip-ment--Part2:Particularrequirementsforequipmentusingactiveopto-electronicprotectivedevices(AOPDs)(IDT)Inaddition,symbolswhichdenotethedegreeofcorrespondenceinthecontentsbetweentherelevantInternationalStandardandJISareIDT(identical),MOD(modified),andNEQ(notequivalent)accordingtoISO/IECGuide21.
