【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofignitionprotectedequipmentusingliquidimmersion'k'asameansofpreventingpotentialignitionsourcesfrombecomingeffectiveaccordingtothecategory,orcategories,oftheequipmenttowhichitisconstructed.2Itmaybeusedtoprovideignitionprotection,eitherasanindependentmeans,inadditionto,orincombinationwith,othertypesofignitionprotectionlistedinEN13463-1forGroupⅠ,categoriesM1andM2andGroupⅡ,categories1G,1D,2G,2D,3Gand3Dequipment,accordingtotheignitionhazardassessment.3ThisEuropeanStandardsupplementstherequirementsofEN13463-1insofarasitappliestotheprotectionofnon-electricalequipmentbyliquidimmersion'k'.4ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytotheignitionprotectionofelectricalequipment.FortheserequirementsreferenceshouldbemadetoEN50014andEN50015,whichinter-alia,requireselectricallynon-conductingprotectiveliquidstobeused.
