【摘要】:GB/T10066的本部分规定了高频感应加热装置的发生器输出功率的测定方法。本部分适用于由高频发生器和感应器以及夹持炉料所必需的机械设备(如淬火机床)组成的,频率范围高达300MHz,功率等于和大于500W加热用(如表面(或局部)淬火和透热、焊接、钎焊、熔化、锻造、半导体区域精炼等)的工业射频或高频感应加热装置。本部分所述的负载可用于电磁兼容性是否符合CISPRll的评定。本部分涉及发生器在由制造厂规定的连续运行额定状态下的功率。有关以短负荷周期脉冲状态运行(例如使用绝热量热计的情况)的发生器输出功率的测定方法正在考虑中。在使用功率测量的电子系统时,必须十分小心,因为其准确度不能保证,特别在较高频率下。这些仪器在测量输出功率时需要大电流互感器和电压互感器,这些互感器在较高频率时也有误差。这些测量方法需要专门知识才能正确应用,因此在本部分中不作详细叙述。
