【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverspressure-ratedcompositepipeandfittingsforthetransportofhotorcoldliquids,beverages,orgasesthatarecompatiblewiththecompositepipeandfittings.1.2Compositepipeisproducedusingabuttweldedaluminumpipeasacore,withanextrudedinsidelayerofcrosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX)orpolyethylene(PE).Anadhesivelayerisusedtobondtheinsidelayertothewallofthealuminumpipe.Anouterlayerofpolyethylene(PE)andanadhesivelayerareextrudedtotheouterwallofthealuminumpipe.1.3CompositepipeisproducedinfourconfigurationsandreferencedinFig.1,asClasses1,2,3,and4compositepipe.1.4Thisspecificationincludescompressionfittingsandcompressionjoints,whicharereferencedin.Compressionfittingsasdescribedinthisspecificationarenotcompatibleforgastransportation.Threadedfittingsarereferencedin.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.6ThevaluesstatedinacceptableSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents,therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.
